If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you may discontinue use of our Site and Services.
We may update these Terms at any time, and such updated versions will be posted on our Site. By continuing to use this Site after the Terms are updated, you consent to any such updated version of these Terms.

Our Services
We provide insurance services only, and do not provide other forms of professional advice of the type that may require additional professional licensing, such as investment, legal, medical, or tax advice. If we provide you any professional information in the course of providing the Service, it is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based upon any such information without first seeking independent professional advice from a person who is licensed and/or qualified in the applicable area.
Our Services may include our preparation of quotes and brokering and transacting of sales to you of third-party insurance products. We are a licensed independent insurance broker. We do not underwrite any insurance policy made available to you through the Services. Any insurance policy premium quotes displayed on the site or through the Services are non-binding. The final insurance policy premium for any policy is determined by the underwriting insurance company following application. Insurance products and their availability may vary by state and your individual circumstances, and additional minimum coverage limits may be required in your state. The third-party insurance products offered for sale through the site are only available in the jurisdictions in which we are properly licensed.
The information provided on the Site is not intended to be a replacement for policy statements, premium billing, or other documents and records that are maintained by your insurance company. The description of each insurance policy on the Site is a summary only, and does not include all terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy described. Please refer to the actual policy for complete details of coverage and exclusions.
Your use of certain Services may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions, or enter into separate agreements with us or applicable third-party insurance carriers. Any third-party insurance products purchased by you through the Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance carrier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms of any such other terms, the terms of such other terms will control.
Intellectual Property
The content on the Site is intended to provide information about us, our services, insurance companies and insurance products that may be available to you. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, icons, logos, layouts and images and their selection and arrangement (collectively “Site Content”), is the exclusive property of Everyday Life or, if applicable, our licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or discontinue the Site, Service, or any Site Content at any time without notice. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SITE, THE SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY CONTENT.
ANY AND ALL INSURANCE PRODUCTS QUOTED OR SOLD THROUGH THE SITE ARE THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND ARE NOT OUR PRODUCTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PRODUCTS, AND WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH PRODUCTS. ALL SUCH PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU PURSUANT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE INSURANCE CARRIER PROVIDING SUCH PRODUCTS. ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS, CONCERNS OR DISPUTES WITH ANY SUCH PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RAISED WITH THE INSURANCE CARRIER PROVIDING SUCH PRODUCTS AND NOT WITH US.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR SAVINGS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE, ANY SERVICE, OR ANY CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SAME.

You agree to defend, indemnify, Everyday Life and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents as well as any third party providers of Site Content (“Site-Related Parties”), harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of the Site Content or Site.
External Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including, without limitation, the websites of the insurance carriers offering the third-party insurance products made available to you through the Services (“External Sites”), but we do not endorse and we are not responsible for the content of any linked External Sites. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. You agree that the only proper jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with Everyday Life relating to your use of this Site, is in the state and federal courts in the State of Massachusetts, U.S.A. You further agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts in connection with any dispute involving Everyday Life or its employees, officers, directors, agents and providers. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, such provision is to that extent to be deemed omitted, and the balance of the Terms shall remain enforceable. Before seeking legal recourse for any harm you believe you have suffered arising from or related to your use of this Site, you agree to inform us in writing and to give us 30 days to cure the harm before initiating any action. You must initiate any cause of action within one year after the claim has arisen, or you will be barred from pursuing any cause of action.
The Referral Program
We may at times offer you the opportunity to refer friends via our referral program (“Program”). Either by providing us your friend’s email address or by using your unique personal referral link (“Personal Link”), you can refer friends, family members or colleagues whom you personally know (collectively, “Friends”). Referred Friends must submit a life insurance application with us as described in the referral message.
Referral Program Restrictions
Referrers cannot refer themselves, pay a Friend to apply for coverage, create multiple or fake accounts with us, or refer a person more than once. You may not use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. This includes but is not limited to a general prohibition on posting of the referral codes on any website which offers the referral code to anyone other than Friends, i.e. individuals to whom you personally know. No purchase necessary, and you need not be an existing customer to participate. The Program may be subject to additional restrictions in some states to comply with applicable law. When referring a Friend, you can tell them about Everyday Life and that we offer a great term life insurance product, but you should not discuss any details of the policies, coverage amounts, or rates. You also cannot pay a friend to apply for coverage.
Referral Program Rewards
By making a Valid Referral (defined below), you will receive a reward subject to the restrictions set forth herein. In order to qualify as a “Valid Referral”, your Friend must not be an existing Everyday Life customer, must be a first-time applicant for a policy as a result of your referral, and you must have complied with all other terms regarding the Program. These rewards may be in the form of a Gift Card (or as otherwise determined by us), which may be subject to the gift card issuer’s terms and conditions. For any Amazon Gift Cards: Restrictions apply, see amazon.com/gc-legal. Rewards are subject to verification. We may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason, including, without limitation, that we may decline to pay any reward if its investigation suggests you have violated any terms of the Program.
Referral Program Liability
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, ECONOMIC, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING UNDER, RELATED TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME. By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everyday Life and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its and their respective attorneys, officers, directors, employees, insurers, independent contractors, agents, successors and assigns (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities incurred in connection with (i) your breach or violation of this Agreement; and/or (ii) your violation of any law, or the rights of any third party; and (iii) your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Everyday Life reserves the right, in its own sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control at its own expense of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification. You will not, in any event, settle any claim or matter without the prior written consent of Everyday Life. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL BE $100.00.
Referral Program Bulk Distribution (“Spam”)
Each Referrer is the actual sender of the emails and must comply with applicable law. Referrals must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends, colleagues and family members. Bulk Personal Link distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for further legal action. The Company has no obligation to monitor the Program or any communications you send to third parties; however, the Company may choose to do so and prohibit any use of the Program. Referrers who do not comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are obligated to indemnify the Company against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such spam.
Referral Program Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Program at any time for any reason with or without notice. We reserve the right to disqualify any User at any time from participation in the Program if we have a good faith belief that he/she has violated any of these Terms.
